It is quite sensitive and set up is automatic. In a meeting room it will clearly pick up a person talking from 30+ feet away.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my daughter who does Skype voice lessons from Texas with a Broadway singer. She's currently using it with her MacBook, and at best I'd say "eh, it's okay." Doesn't really help the sound quality during the Skype lessons or in records, should have gone with the Blue.
