Not a good investment for me

I have to record videos often. Better sound is not achieved for the video made from my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Better sound is not achieved on Zoom calls on my computer. I do however, notice slightly better sound when recording on the original sound from my phone, but that doesn't cover any of my needs. I need better sound for videos too. Unfortunately, the time period to return has passed. So disappointed.

Posted .Hello Lisa. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Blue Snowball iCE. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the microphone. The Snowball iCE is a condenser microphone with the capsule pointed straight in front of the mic (at the Blue logo). Please make sure you're speaking into the Logo from about 4-8 inches away to achieve the best sound. If you need something that is more sensitive and has more control, I think upgrading to the Yeti will give you what you are looking for.

Great economical microphone
