Great Mic but Flaws

Just purchased last April 2021 & the plug in port on the mic itself broke off & is just laying loose inside of the ball so no way of plugging it in to charge/use it...he really loves it that he wants me to return to manufacturer for a replacemt. I just hope once I do so, that they have sauterred/mounted it in place a tad more securely so that this doesnt happen again. Just be careful plugging & unplugging from the ball.
