Mediocre Mic

In my experience Yeti mics have all been subpar to a real mic. Mic must be really close for use and is not very loud with output.

If you haven't already, I would recommend downloading our Sherpa software here https://www.bluemic.com/en-us/products/sherpa/ to be able to adjust the gain so you don't have to have the microphone be super close to you. A gift for my daughter

Sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your Snowball iCE. What I can suggest is downloading Blue's Sherpa software which is a free software that is compatible with all Blue microphones. Sherpa allows you to tweak and customize your settings with ease to ensure you are sounding your best! Broke in less than 2 months

It pressed against the wall when I moved it and the chord end snapped, as well as breaking the components in it. This is a poor quality design for a microphone that has a relative quality to a headset microphone if you purchase on the more expensive end of headphones.

Great mic, but bigger than you think.

Don’t know why people like these

After about 14 months one of them has completely failed and any PC you plug it into is unable to recognize the device. Look it up online, a lot of others are having the same issue. The other microphone will be recognized by the same PCs but is having issues with cutting out so others can’t hear what is being said. The second one made it about 22 months. Do not recommend at all.

Please check if the issue is with the microphone not being recognized by first trying a different USB port, USB cable, and a different computer. If the microphone works on a different computer, then the issue might be with the drivers on your current computer. If it does not work after trying a new cable, port, and computer, please create a support case and we'll be happy to assist further: https://support.bluedesigns.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001526154&pID=bd578cf0-c259-11e9-89bb-7304af673d86. If the microphone is not being recognized on your Sound Menu, then we can check its recognition on your Device Manager. You can find the Device Manager by typing “Device Manager” into your Windows Search box. Expand your Sound, Video, and Game Controllers list in your Device Manager to reveal your drivers. Right click on one driver other than your Blue Mic, Select “Update driver software”, select “Search automatically for updated driver software”, then wait for the finishing prompt to show up. Repeat these steps for each driver besides your Blue Mic under Sound, Video, and Game Controllers. This updates the sound drivers on your computer. Not very good

Because of the consisting non boom arm and stabilizer.
