      Sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the sound quality your Snowball iCE was producing. Follow this link https://support.bluedesigns.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034031654-Getting-Started-Snowball-iCE and follow steps to ensure you've selected an appropriate volume level for the mic. Additionally I can recommend using Blue Sherpa, a free software which offers the latest firmware updates downloaded directly to your USB mic, customization for your mic settings, from gain to polar patterns, as well as Blue VO!CE broadcast vocal effects including streamer and podcaster presets. https://www.bluedesigns.com/products/sherpa/

    The Microphone stand broke the day I got it, but luckily my microphone arm came the same day. Unfortunately, the snowball that I received was way too quiet and people could barely hear me. I already replaced this microphone with the HyperX SoloCast; no issues so far with it. I'd say as of today, 7/2/21, there are a lot better options out there than the snowball.

The Snowball iCE does not have any speakers on it but if you are talking about your playback audio after recording, I would recommend downloading our Blue Sherpa software here https://www.bluemic.com/en-us/products/sherpa/ to adjust the gain.
