It picks up a lot of background noises and in Heinz sight, I would have purchased one for more to reflect quality. Think twice but still does the job for novices.

Can't get it set up!

He has a brand new desktop computer with a powerful processor and the most recent operating software. I have never had an electronic give me such trouble.

Though my computer recognizes it, it records no sound whatsoever. Though the built-in laptop microphone isn't great, it's still better than this piece of junk because at least it records SOMETHING.

Less than stellar mic quality
