      Hi sorry to see you're having some durability issues with your Snowball iCE Microphone. If you haven't already, please make sure all the cables are plugged into the microphone and the computer, then give your computer a restart to see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that comes with purchase. It sounds like you may need to update the drivers on your computer for this device if the USB port is not recognizing the mic.     You can't hear the recording well enough to make out anything. I even had tech support work on it, and no cigar, baby.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Blue Snowball iCE Microphone. I'm sorry you're not satisfied with the performance of your new mic. The Snowball iCE has a single capsule and its directly behind the BLUE Logo. It is a front-address microphone, so you must speak directly into the front of the mic, not the top or sides. I have found that it is best at about 12 inches away from my mouth when I'm speaking. The volume issues may be an issue with whatever software/program you're using. Also, try to plug the mic directly into the computer, not into a USB hub... If you must use a USB Hub, a powered one is best, as it receives power from the computer via the USB cable. If it is still giving you issues, please exchange it for a different unit, as you might just have a bad apple.

      Hello, sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your Snowball iCE USB Microphone. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. Please see these quick tips on connectivity and power, The LED on the microphone should be on. If it is not on please try the following:
      1) A different USB cable with the same USB port
      2) Different USB type A port on your computer with the originally supplied cable. **Common issues: Some newer laptops only have USB type-C ports. If you’re using an adapter, please use a 1 to 1 adapter (One USB type-A jack for each USB type C jack).
      Avoid using hubs or docks where possible, especially if they have intermediate software for device detection and management. Test the device with a USB port directly on the computer.
      Mobile and tablet adapters may not provide adequate power or recognition for Blue Microphones. If you still cannot get your Snowball iCE to operate you do have a 2 year limited hardware warranty. I hope this information was helpful.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been enjoying the Snowball iCE microphone. If you download Blue's Sherpa software, you can actually customize how the microphone sounds, leading to a much higher audio quality on the other end, which is what I would recommend. If you're having further issues with the device, consider visiting Blue's support website.
