One of the main reasons why I love this microphone is primarily the fact that I could do live filtering, which is great when recording gameplay with software like Shadowplay. Very easy to use and simple to understand.

The mic is great and the software is also, when it works. However a week into ownership of the yeti x the Ghub software will no longer detect the mic as connected and will not allow me to get in and adjust the parameters of the mic. Still seems to work in most other software but GHub won't detect it.

I bought this for my son since he does a lot of streaming. He had a blue yeti before but after reading reviews I couldn’t agree more this is a great microphone with great features. My son loves using this mike and all his friends say how great it is. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

For me doing classes and online sessions with friends. It makes my voice crisp and fully understandable for all parties.

Came 2 days earlier than expected and it is an amazing mic! I do gaming streams, voiceover work, and music, so it does everything I need perfectly. The LED monitor is a massive plus for me.

Great USB microphone with clear, concise audio pickup. I actually updated this mic after previously owning an older Blue Yeti. This one does slightly better and seems to work great.

I actually purchased the mike for my son. It records his vocals really well when he sings and speaks. We are currently trying to figure out how to record music with the vocals.

This mic worked perfectly for voice recording. Tone quality and background noise suppression were very good. It was a big step up from the older Samson mic that I was using.

This microphone is extremely versatile and sounds great. Simple to setup, easy to use and customizable. Great for podcasts, recording lectures, etc. Very impressed with this mic. Just get it.

Love this mic. the sound on it is amazing and used not only for our Podcast team but for our digital events. This is used by our Head of video and content for voice overs.

Great microphone, but two months in the USB connection on the bottom is loose. Might consider trying to exchange/get it fixed, because if you slightly move it it disconnects.

I mean, I'm not complaining. It does it's job, and it does I well.

The only issue is doesn't come with any manual. It has a quick start guide but that's it. They advertise a new app with this microphone called Blue Voice. The app still won't work and Ive tried to get answers with no luck! The microphone itself is awesome.

It’s OK. I had a bit of trouble getting it connected to a M1 MacBook Pro, but seems to working fine now. In retrospect I probably would have gotten the EL gato Wave 3.

Microphone is fantastic for video gaming, streaming, and for work conference calls. Mute button is great, and has very handy controls for gain, mixer, and headphone volume.

This is used in recording our Sunday morning music when not able to meet in person. We have also used this on our streaming mid-week Lenten services.

I use the Blue Yeti X Professional to record acoustic guitar and vocals. It works very well for this purpose, and I would think for gaming and audio for live bloggers etc.
