Excellent sound and easy connection

The sound recording is quite impressive from a plug and play" unit. It is solid and weighty so it will not fall over easily. It has bi-directional capability for podcasts and other interviews. Was very impressed with the unit and would recommend it. It has some mixing capabilities right in the unit as well to make recordings sound even better.

Wouldn't Recommend

Thank goodness that I always pay for the warranty. It keeps breaking and eventually will not be recognized by the computer. When it works, it's WONDERFUL but having less than a year life is not worth it. This is something that is common in this comment section

Bought a month ago & USB port is malfunctioning

There is only 15 days return time from Bestbuy and I'm at about 40 days after- only used this twice and it's already not working. Super unhappy and will never buy this brand again. Going to try to use another USB and see if it will work with that. Otherwise, almost $200 down the drain.

Don't waste you time or money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two days of total frustration plus the help of a professional broadcaster AND professional sound engineer and took it back to the store. Sound quality poor, ease of use mediocre at best. I really had high expectations for this equipment and was totally disappointed. Went back to the boom mic on my headset but still have screwed up sound setting from trying to get this thing to work properly but at least I can be heard when I'm streaming.
