Product is great but best of all I ordered at 10:00 pm on Dec., 22 and received the next day, it was great that I was able to get it in time to wrap for Christmas.

This usb mic does not offer the ability to use with XLR mic cable. Ended up returning it due to this missing feature. A mic this expensive should offer this feature.

Got a good price on the Yeti X. It has some nice features above the normal Yeti. Highly recommend it.

Blue yeti has always been amazing, but best buy made the online ordering process easy, and the item arrived so fast.

Honestly at this price it should not earn anything above 3 stars. It does not have many ground breaking features, If you like blue yetis refer to just the Yeti X for reviews. However my opinions for the Yeti X is that its over rated. Ive bought cheaper mics with better quality. Also just because the settings allow for directional sound, they are still able to pic up quite sounds from all over. I bought this edition for the added voices and all of the are trash. My opinion, but I bought this the day of release, and so there wasn't any really feed back or samples.

Wow was the word that came to my mouth when I opened the good looking box and saw the Yeti X. I’ll start with the software. It is full of options and settings. But just as important, it is easy to use even for somebody who doesn’t have a lot of experience playing with mic settings. It allows you to customize and create presets easily. The amount of voices you can choose and customize is mind blowing. With just a bit of tweaking, you can even interview yourself and people listening to you will be convinced that there are two or even more completely different persons talking to each other. That’s how good it is. The voice quality is superb and the look is definitely of a high end, well thought design. This is no plastic. It’s much heavier than it looks. That not only makes it feel premium, which it is, but it also makes it very stable, preventing not only unwanted movement but also noise caused by rubbing against your desk. It really stands out with its gray Warcraft runes on a gold color base. You’ll never get bored because the number of voice effects are endless, especially when you customize them, creating your own characters, not just the ones from the game. There is a ton of samplers to get you started. It includes environment, creatures and more. But the customization goes beyond sound effects. It has a physical button to select audio patterns and a dial to select game options and they are all with customizable colors. I wanted to find something I didn’t like for this review but I couldn’t. The best microphone I’ve ever used and perfect for podcast and gaming. I more than recommend it. I honestly can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t want it. It’s worth every penny. Wow is still the word I think of when I use this mic.

A solid and fun starter mic. It tends to be a bit sensitive compared to the standard Yeti so some tweaking is required. The base is extremely well crafted.
