Didn't really enjoy this microphone, personally I didn't like the sound. You can control the volume and stuff easily, I messed around with everything and still didn't really enjoy this. I used this a while ago, so I don't entirely remember everything.

Use it for business purposes also in meetings. I am not using it for professional reasons, but for all entertainment and meeting style needs, this mic and stand do great. Mounting is easy and so is the adjustments. Can pinpoint direction so that it does not pick up fans, PC fans, etc., in my office. Extremely happy.
