    I ordered this online so I didn't get the normal amount of time to return it. The warranty starts from the time you purchase, not the time it arrives. I found out the boom arm was broken. By the time I had set it up it was nice longer returnable based on the Best Buy app. I'm very disappointed they sent me a product that was broken. Either it was previously used or was sent broken from the factory. Either way is unacceptable and make me not want to purchase from Best Buy again.
