Initial setup is nice and simple and works great! Ordered a pop filter for this and can't wait to pair it with this! I will say they should make and pair one with this and than it would be really amazing but I get it.

Thie Mic uses the oldest possible mini USB style port that fell out of style around 2008 (even though the mic itself is "good"). The boom arm, on the other hand, fell apart afterc12 hours and was complete, plastic, garbage.

Failed a little over a year into ownership, and support has completely ignored my inquiries about warranty repair/replacement. When it worked it was a nice microphone, but without suffering any misuse or even excessive use (I play games a couple hours a night maybe 3-4 nights a week with family and friends on average) it tried to take out my whole system. It began drawing too much power, and all peripherals stopped working. The computer wouldn't even boot with it plugged in (and no changes were made to the system/peripherals since building over a year ago). The mic was disconnected and everything was stable. I decided to troubleshoot further, and it turns out something completely fried; the mic won't even turn on when plugged in now. While googling my issue it appears to be very common. I figured that sucks but it's under warranty so I am ok. Wrong. Blue is the most unresponsive company I have ever had the displeasure of seeking satisfaction from. They did not respond to a single request for my warranty to be honored and I have contacted them 4 times over the past 2 months. I am currently writing a BBB complaint to see if they respond to that. I don't really have a recommendation of what to buy instead of this yet, but don't buy this unless you want to be forced to buy a completely new microphone in a year. Because so far my experience is once your mic fails, and it will, you're on your own.

Mic is a little more sensitive than I was expecting

I've owned this microphone for a year and a half. My biggest complaint with this product has to be the microphone arm. It's extremely stiff, so much so that the microphone arm can't be bent at the steep angle that is shown in the Product image where it's below a 90 degree angle. Even on the "lowest" stiffness option by adjusting the screw on the bottom it still is too stiff, it honestly doesn't feel like that screw does anything and I have to tighten the screws on the arm to a ridiculous degree, which is a known weak point on these arms. I would 100% suggest you look elsewhere for a microphone and arm, like a Hyper X Quadcast with an Elgato arm potentially. This is a Gen 1 Yeti so you get no new features and it's heavy and bulky for the times we are in now.

By far the worst mic I have ever owned. Right out of the box had issues with connecting the mic and thought it had to do with not having current dated software. 6 months later and it is as bad as when I first opened it. Will randomly shut off at least 4-5 times a gaming session. The sound quality is horrible and I have had friends compare it to sounding like I was in an "airport bathroom" while talking out of it. If I could leave a negative star rating I would be. The kicker? Logitech won't even process a refund for me because I decided to give the mic a shot for more than 30 days. Absolute garbage product, will never be purchasing yeti mics again.

I needed something that had good quality that didn't break the bank. This mic captured the warm lows and crisp highs of my voice... all while keeping the mids crystal clear. The headphone jack made monitoring while recording easier by not having to worry about a delay. The boom arm was a must - I've learned in the past that being able to position the mic where you need it will make whatever it is you are doing more relaxing. For the price, this mic well exceeded my expectations. I thought I was going to need to spend a few hundred more dollars to get the quality and options this mic delivers. I sound more like ME with this mic. It gives my voice a strong "presence".

Great Deal for the Broadcater set! Although the one I had malfunctioned. The connection kept dropping when i moved it just a little. Probably defective BUT when it did work it was solid!

great product, nice looking and everything but everytime I play warzone I get the issue of cutoff while talking most of the times at the beginning of the game.

The stand it came with broke within a week. When i tried to tighen the hinge it would still slowly work it's way back up not holding it's position, by the time i tightened it enought to maintain it position the hinge completely broke. The mic itself is fine nothing special not worth the price
