We use a wood burning fireplace as our main source of heat and the house would often smell of smoke for a bit after starting the fire. Set on high, this clears out both the odor and any lingering wisps of smoke very quickly! I only wish it were a bit smaller, or maybe had some sort of handle so that it could be more easily moved around.

Really does a great job. Quit and elective on low.

Highly recommend as the best air filter by Consumer Reports so we shall see. Easy setup, basically put the color fabric around the bottom and plug it in. Easy to use so it's good for people that can't get around easily. A bit heavy to take out of the box though.

Would recommend. Clean air as advertised. Replacement filters expensive.

I cannot say enough about this air purifier. I LOVE IT! Within 30 minutes of turning it on, I could tell the difference in the air in our living room. I have mild allergies to our dog and this has been a life changer keeping his dander in the air under control. Buy it, you'll be glad you did!

The Blueair 211+ has been a very nice addition. It has really cut down the dust and we can breathe easier now. The lowest setting is great at night in the bedroom, can hardly hear it. The only drawback that I see is the filters are not available at Best Buy. Kind of a pain.

So, I bought this because of my son’s allergies and Covid...and then the crazy, horrible fire season in California came and I can’t even tell you what a difference this makes in our home. Totally noticeable! I love this and will be buying more for our rooms and camper and family (for Xmas) and... :)

Currently have the 540 Sq. Ft. unit running 24/7 in our bedroom for the last month. Within the first few hours of running I noticed just a sense of fresher cleaner air. The pre-filter is a great addition keeping larger debris, hair, and lint from entering the hepa filter and shortening the life. Its reasonably quiet and smooth. Only complaint is aesthetics. It's quite the eye sore and having the fan on top doesnt allow you to cover or set anything on the top of the unit.

Great air purifier for large rooms, it has helped tremendously to clear the air in my living room, kitchen and dining room. Even though a smoker has lived in the house for over 25 years, it is amazing how fresh the house smells. Well worth the price!

Great Purifier, works as advertised. Air quality is noticeably better, you can tell difference within first hour of being on, manual touch controls not auto like the smaller brother but still great value, dust around the house is substantially reduced, works wonders for allergies.

This is a great product. It is a good quality air purifier that is easy to use and easy to maintain. The prefilter is easy to clean and change as is the main filter. This is not an inexpensive unit and neither are the replacement filters but I feel that they are of good quality and design.

Purchased this item during a home remodel project that caused a lot of dust in our home. This item was highly rated on Consumer Reports, which helped me make my decision. It has made a big difference in our indoor air quality and we'll continue using it to help with our three pets.

It is very quiet. I haven't had to change the filter yet and it's been five months. I'm so happy with it that I'm thinking about getting a second machine for another room in my house and may not wait for the older machine to die before I replace it

This works well to rid my apartment of cooking smells. It's simple, quiet and effective.

It's been over a month and my wife and I are very happy with the performance of our Blueair! We have painted our ceilings and walls and you never know it by the smells or I should say, lack of smells! The air quality improvements help us sleep better and breath more freely.

I waited before I gave my review because I people are like me they value what other people are saying and there satisfaction or their disappointment. my house holds a lot of dust so I tried this and can honestly say my home is much cleaner since I purchased this product.

I'm very satisfied with the Purifier! Most important Noise... this thing is quiet. I have mine placed in the same room as T.V. Low- very quiet; Medium-still quiet, does not disrupt T.V. viewing; High- can disrupt T.V. , need to hit the volume a (Little) bit. In 24 Hours one could tell the air was clean....Buying Another!!

On low setting it is very good, but on high it is incredibly loud. Seems to be effective.

I suffer with allergies and they are the worst at night. The Blue Air 211+ solved my problems. The air in my bedroom (400 sq ft) is so clean, I rest all night without sneezing and in need of eye drops. This unit is also top rated by Consumer Reports! Buy one (or two) before they are gone!
