I don't use apps so I'm missing out on using much of the functionality. I also do not like that I have to put the black wrap on the bottom. I find that nearly impossible to get on so I'm not using it and basically the instructions say if you don't use it you are negating the lifespan of the unit. Not very user friendly. BUT I do LOVE Best Buy curbside pickup. Thank you!!!!
