Best thing I ever bought works great clear and loud

This headset has great noise cancelling qualities.

I’ve owned and used BlueParrott products for years. The last one I purchased was the XT250+ and used it for over 6 years with great service. Well, as all good electronics do it began having issues due to its age and thousands of miles of use. I decided to “upgrade” to the XT350 for better battery life and the ability to stream my music. Unfortunately, I will be returning this one and purchasing a new XT250+ instead. Let me explain.. -Right out of the box I was skeptical of the shortened mic boom. It doesn’t come all the way around to your mouth like the older models. Then the “road trials” began in my commercial vehicle.. -The XT350 feels heavier and not as comfortable as the XT250+. *BUT THE KILLER* -I couldn’t hear the caller nearly as well with the XT350, even with the volume at full I was constantly saying “say that again”. AND the callers were having issues hearing me as well, it wasn’t background noise (there was none when I asked the callers, they just said my voice was very quiet). I think it’s because the mic doesn’t come around to your mouth. -At one point I had multiple callers on a single call and I hung up because I couldn’t hear any of them, just sounded like they were mumbling to me. Would I recommend this? Only if you’re making calls in a quiet room by yourself or in a VERY quiet vehicle sitting still. C’mon BlueParrott, I know you’ve got better. I hope this helps

I only had this headset a little over a month and had to replace it twice. It wouldn't stay paired to my phone and the power button was constantly freezing. If it wasn't for those issues I would have kept it because it was very lightweight and comfortable.

My research lead me to the B350-XT. The product has exceeded my expectations. I wanted a high quality product for my use around the house and home office. No more ear pieces creating more difficulty to use than the problems it helps to minimize. I would recommend to my friends. It is worth the price.

I have only tried it out briefly, like how it fits and works. The Big test will be in a month as I will use it for phone communications at the Texas Jazz Festival. There is always a lot of very loud music and hearing my incoming calls for help I am sure this unit will be a Great addition.

Unit has quality sound. Claims to have a range of 300 feet but I'm not sure this is accurate. Several times it has beeped during a pretrip and said it was connected same as when it is initially turned on. But it does work well.

I got this from my wife who talks on the phone during the day with her amount. She has a recurring problem with her neck that only gets worse with phone conversations. She needs to have her hands free as well. This is been an excellent device for her and her comfort.

SO FAR SO GOOD. NICE AND A GOOD FIT FOR MY SMALL HEAD HAS ACTUALLLY WORKED FOR WEEKS SO FAR. I'VE TRIED EVERY OTHER SIMILARS HEADSET, AND NON WORKED LONGER THAN 1 OR 2 WKS OR A LITTLE MORE. SO I GUESS IN THIS CASE, I'VE GOTTEN WHAT I'VE PAID FOR.

I needed a headset for my iPhone and iPad. This headset works great for both and the mic allows me to practice my foriegn language skills and get instant feedback. Being able to make hands free phone calls has improved my productivity at work. Great headset!

They are great headphones but i bought them based on what the employee said that it will let people’s voices around me go away and it made them more clear . Overall they are great for driving.

This headset is solving a new problem of mine wit recently getting hearing aids in both ears. I have been unable to use the cell phone with the Bluetooth on the ear phones without holding the phone in my hand. Great solution!

I’ve given this head set to people who get phone calls all the time like my Realitor who needs to talk to their clients while driving she is ecstatic about using it it never leaves her head she even takes to her kids games

I was skeptical but I took the leap and bought it. Rock solid connection. There is no doubt about it , this is a solid product. I have only used it for three weeks but so far I am impressed with how it has handled the workload of 250 + phone calls per week.

My husband originally purchased a B450 to replace his old B350. It doesn't work well unless you have a smartphone. Very happy with the 350! He is a truck driver and has had no problem with this unit. Great product!!

My honey old earpiece kept dying on us and I couldn't take it any longer! I got this Bluetooth headset for him and we're enjoying it!!

I looked and tried lots of other brands and design to me this was the better for me. I hear clearly and they hear me clearly as well. I have to wear hard hat and it’s easy to wear underneath.

Sound was really good to begin with but now that I’ve been using more it seems like it’s been getting more and more quiet. Also when I get phone calls it doesn’t auto go to it I always have to switch to it.
