There is many times I can't hear the other person on the other end and it's not the volume it's like it's got a wire loose or something. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't maybe I just got a defective one or something.

love everything but the mute beep reminder

I take notes on the calls and need to put on mute so no one hears my typing. What is ANNOYING is the every 10 second beep to remind you the mute is on. Can that be turned down? have looked in all the manuals and online nothing I can find.
