bought this to have a light bluetooth headset i could connect to my pc, ended up returning due to poor quality and comfort. also expensive for what you get.

When a call is coming in and u command to answer it doesn't always work. I also do not like that if you answer on the screen there is a 10 second delay before it can be in headset. *i have a note 8 on tmobile

I bought this for phone calls in a work environment, but the quality of calls is mediocre at best. Very often there is a crackle in the line, even in the dial tone. This is disappointing.

Tough at times when driving to get the right button pushed. The parrot button could have a better use. The app sometimes messes up. It does however have good sound and descent on word recognition.

The product works great the only thing that is an issue is the side you don't listen to gets caught in my hair all the time and pulls it when I take it off. Otherwise it is a great hands free product.

I bought one a few years back and it last me about 2 year, it was amazing and Good quality, I bought this one and it broke in a few months, for the price i reccomend

To be honest the new version this 350 I don’t like I have so much trouble talking , sometimes they can hear me oh they came unpair

Bought these for my son-in-law and he wasn't real impressed. He tends to be very picky so they may actually work well for others, just not for him.

Headset quit working and was replaced by company. Can't be returned to Best Buy. 2nd headset now doing the same, won't work at all, so that's 2 in 8 months. $140 wasted

I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews because it happened to me! As soon as I received the item I read the instructions and turned on the headset. It was near a dead battery so I used the supplied power strip, connected it to the headset, and plugged it in. I checked back on it 24 hours later and there was no charge. I tried leaving it for anther 24 hours. Same result. I then played with the connection to see if it would charge not being fully connected. Nothing. After a week of trying I gave up and just in time as there is only a 15 day grace period to return this item. I read how that they wanted to charge a high restocking fee so I took it down to my nearest Best Buy to get a full refund which they honored. If you decide to buy this item please verify it works before your 15 day grace period expires to return it. On a side note I have a larger than most size head, 7 5/8" cap size, and this did not fit all that well anyways. Hope that the manufacturer takes the time to read the negative feedback to help do a much better job with their quality control department so others will not be as dissatisfied. Good luck if you decide to purchase this item.

Had purchase similar one years back but this one is way too heavy. Don't really use. Is just for back up purposes.

Not impressed with controls for answering calls. Takes some practice to get it down. Also turning off and on is process.

I loved the feel of it. But I was using this to call clients and it the bluetooth signal would make me sound distorted

This exact model is touch and go.... purchased and exchanged 3 units before I received one that was trouble free

I work for a virtual call center, and spent about $100 on this. The noise cancelling is no better than any headset I've had, and I've paid far less for those... I get complaints about being muffled or on speaker. Bluetooth drops often when I am right next to computer. Not worth the price at all.

W have had to return the headset 3 times due to interference noises.

served my needs it give me the freedom to talk while keeping my hands free Will use it and throw out my old corded ones

Only used once but did not suit my needs. Couldn't get to work o my MacBook so had to use PC
