Callers complained that they couldn't hear me at times. Sound quality was good. Un-comfortable to wear. Buttons too smooth to locate consistently by feel.

Good for one phone

When it does it announces disconnected then connected about every time t5 seconds. Returned it and Went back to another major brand and no issues.

I intended to replace my landline with a cellphone. Works well up to about 20 feet from the cellphone, then gone. I tried the headset outside to avoid RF, no improvement. Furthermore, the phone software update program download to update the headset and allow programming does not run on Windows 10. Parrott says that the update program will run on Windows 8.1, whoopee. I have an IPhone and my sister has an Android. I called Parrott and found them to be friendly and I experimented with their suggestions. I emailed the results after following their instructions, which were unsuccessful...NO REPLY. Reviewers have a responsibility to post facts.
