Purchased this headset. Specs on the package, and the in-store sales rep, both said that it was able to connect to two phones at the same time. Thereby allowing me to answer either phone as needed. This was the sole purpose for purchasing this headset. After myself, and several others, were unsuccessful in accomplishing the goal, I returned to Best Buy where the sales rep attempted to make it work. 60 minutes later, repeated attempts by two different sales reps, and opening up a second headset (they thought the first one might have been a lemon), they came to the conclusion that it really isn't able to connect with two phones. Got my money back - bought a Legend.

The only problem is that it hangs up calls,and then it's hard to connect to my phone..Other than that,overall great product

For one phone it's good, but not as hands free as my old one was, ready to return it, or talk to a technician to find out if I'm doing something wrong

Works great my only concern is sometimes the volume is really low when I first connect. Will exchange it asap.

It fits great but when talking it cuts out and you will lose the call this has happened everytime I have used it.

very hard to hear! people could hear me but i could not hear them.

Not only does this product have perfect sound quality, everything else about it is perfect. Set up was a breeze, it feels great on my head, and the sound is amazing. Everybody I've talked to says it sounds like I'm on a land line.

When it was working this was a great device. But it needs a firmware update and VXi does not support Max OS

This is the 4th blueparrot I've owned. All have been good. As newer model comes out it got better. NOT this one. It will NOT stay on your head. Poor design.Never had that problem. It used to say " call terminated" if you lost a call and you didn't continue talking to dead air. They discontinued that on this new one. Many more problems, too little time and space to write.

Bought as Christmas gift, will be exchanging as microphone does not work

Just didn't like it too distracting. The over head thing was a bit much.

Had it plugged in to my car over night and it wasn't working the next day.

I own the previous version, never had a problem with it. I had purchased this model as a spare. I loaned the other set to a friend, and thought I would use this one. After using the previous model I am really disappointed with this product.

Bought it for my fiance cause he is a trucker and it broke

I bought this for work. Having a difficult time finding a Bluetooth dongle adapter that will pair with the headset. This product does not come with one. For the amount of money that is spent, idk why one is not provided. Pairs easily with cellphones, however it is not why I purchased this product

Ear piece cover fall off after 3 days couldn't put it back.

It worked for a few days then the volume goes in and out, so you can't hear. I bought two of them just to make sure. Then I called customer support and they want me to pay $5 to trouble shoot with them.

The headset took 24 hours to charge (red light to stop blinking) and then would not stayed charged long enough to pair the bluetooth to phone. Must return item. Very disappointing!

The product does not come with the required drivers to pair it to a laptop. The vendor doesn't supply the required drivers either. Can't really use the headset with out those. Waste of money.
