First one I bought,was great ,but after I put it to charge didn't turn on again. The Second one was worse, people was complaining that they couldn't understand a word a was saying.

Unsatisfied with the quality. Fell off too quick, doesn’t have noise cancellation and hard to eat the person on the other end.

I like the ability to accept/reject a call verbally. It also seems to transmit my voice well. In particular it seems to improve my phone's speech-to-text rendering. I'm disappointed in the frequency response of the sound output. It seems very heavy on the bass end. I have trouble hearing higher pitched voices while using it. It's actually better for me in those cases to just use the phone's built-in speaker/mic. My old b250 series was much better in that regard. The comfort is ok, but the headband sits close to the head, which makes rotating the mic up and down more difficult, especially while wearing glasses.

The headset was working fine until yesterday. Now it won't respond. It says it's charged and connected but I can't hear a thing.

Does not work with my Asus computer of 2015. I could not get the headset to pair with my Bluetooth on my computer.

I've only had it a few weeks already broke does not charge up very displeased with this item spent over $125 item and broke already

Sounded bad right out of the box. Feedback on the other end and humming noise.

The phone shows the device connected but when the device is turned on it will not connect to phone.

Frozen straight out of the box. Junk. Will return tomorrow for refund

Bought this headset 2 months ago does not work anymore for no apparent reason.

After only a month of purchasr stopped working does not even charge anymore.

wont buy that product again.i need bluetooth that work more than a month

Poor can't get more than two feet from phone or turn head it cuts off

Volume does not work consistantly and can not hear

Bought M300 xt se because of supposed long battery life. So far it wont stay charged more than 4 or 5 hours. And forget turning off and using next day. Also doesnt tell you how much battery you have available. And if you wear glasses it is pretty uncomfortable on your ear. Plus side, it is very clear to talk on. The boom mouthpiece also awkward for active situations. I miss my old Plantronics that could be easily removed and dropped in pocket without breaking.

I do radio and podcast interviews via phone and Skype. The Blue Parrott's audio quality, both sending and receiving, is significantly better than any other headset I've tried, including Lenovo and Plantronics wired headsets. I use it mainly in a home environment, where there's not a lot of competing noise, but whatever noise reducing or shaping technology Blue Parrott uses still seems to be effective at clarifying the signal. I've had no problems mating the headset, and use is intuitive and comfortable. Glad I found this product. Broadcast engineers are happy so I'm happy too.

IVE BEEN THROUGH ALL THE Plantronics WITHIN A MONTH THEY ALL WERE JUNK TO MUCH NOISE AND ECHOS BOUGHT THIS LOVE IT IT CANCELS OUT EVERYTHING AND COMFORTABLE MUST HAVE IF YOU ARE A TRUCK DRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Works great comfortable sound very good battery last

This has worked well with both my cell phone and my laptop. Its comfortable enough to wear for 8 hours but a little pricey.

Some reviewers have reported problems with static in the headset. Mine is on the latest firmware, and I haven't experienced any issues.
