I've been shopping for a few weeks - trying to find the perfect headset for my work at home situation. Plantronics and the like are so expensive and my new phone has bluetooth. I tried a cheap bluetooth and it was muffled and terrible. This is perfect, works like a charm from the get go and comfortable. Can answer phone on headset (plantronics you have to buy a lifter). So far, VERY happy with this headset.

I am a Truck driver and I bought this headset to replace my old B250XT headset. At first I was impressed with the headset. The quality of sound is good and noise rejection is also good. My issue with this headset is the ear piece cushion is junk. At first it stayed on for about 2 weeks and it took forever to get it back on. It falls off all the time now so as far as I'm concerned the headset is junk now. As much as this headset costs Blue Parrot need to step up the quality a lot.

I got this for Christmas from my son does really well so far I had the blueparrott B250-xt but the headband broke so I asked for this one as I am a truckdriver and have to have it I like the fact that I can listen to music and use my GPS with it also when needed it performs great so far and the call volume is very loud which is a plus for me in a noisy big rig I highly reccomend this one and blueparrott is top of the line in all Bluetooth headsets you won't find one any better than blueparrott.

This is definitely going to be your 'go-to' headset from now on. Crystal clear voice and lightweight.

I work from home and needed a headset that would work with my Panasonic phone system. The first one I purchased went right back, it was horrible!! This one is amazing, easy to hook up and very clear when I'm speaking.

I am sold on Blueparrot products. the B350 came out and I was in need of one. My only problem with the Headset was the rubber mouth piece keeps falling off. Could have been designed better. Best Buy replaced unit with no problem.

The devise worked exactly as advertised, but only for about two weeks. It died in the middle of a conference call and would not power back on. Best Buy has the same “model” in stock, but it had a new sku, so the wanted me to pay an additional $30 simply to exchange a defective B350-xt for a working one within 30 days. I took my business elsewhere.

Would not recommend, wires broke off speaker. Blue Parrot said they know if the issue. But since it's a few days out if their one year warranty no replacement.
