Positively Disappointed

Although the headset works flawlessly, it does not do what I need it to do. The product is fine. The problem lies with a high-frequency hearing loss that I have in both ears. At the time I made this purchase I did not realize BlueParrott has a model that is built for both ears. I suspect that would have been a much better choice due to my hearing loss.

I just bought this to replace the one I have been using since 08. The one I replaced still works but after 14 years of use the button didn’t work as well as it used to. Never buy a blue parrot headset off Amazon, you can get them cheaper but you will almost always receive a reconditioned headset that has problems.
