I need to figure out how to get my phone to ring and the message alarm to sound other then in the headset when it is connected I have been using a Blue Parrott 250 xt for 5 years it just plain wore out. These are good products.

Great for WFH call-center job!

These work great and I don’t have constant ringing in my ears anymore. They paired to my phone easily, too. Definitely worth the cost!

Best wireless heaset

It is easy to configure and use. Also, buy from Microcenter since Best Buy has decided to not support small businesses that are resellers. I guess it is ok for them to make money, just not us.

Fantastic headset

Connects to two devices at the same time. Use one connection to my computer for web calls and the other to my cell phone. Works perfectly, built well. BlueParrott products are quality.

I have multiple university classes and office hours, so I needed something comfortable with good sound input AND output. After about 3 months the mic failed. I sent back to the manufacturer and got a new headset. My students still complained that they could not hear me clearly and my mic on my MacBook was much better. So they are useless and I can't return them.
