The headset worked for about a week, then the battery dies and now l have to replace them as a truck driver it’s an important part of staying safe so l will just have to return and up grade the headset.

You can adjust the headband length so that the headset fits your head comfortably. If the headband feels too tight or too loose, it is possible to reshape the metal part of the headband for a more comfortable fit. to adjust the tension of the headband, firmly grip the headset and stretch out, or squeeze in, the metal to reshape it to your preference.
