    No good all around the board. Receiving end cannot hear you and it did not pick up calls. The only thing that was a plus, they are lighter

    If you work in an area that has a lot of noise this head set allows you to hear without having to walk away from the noise

    Very difficult to get bluetooth to connect - tried many times with my iphone, two different laptops. Would like to return this.

    Thought this would be more comfortable than Apple Airpods for all day use. Not so as it is very heavy on one side and i feel like my head is lopsided. Worse yet, Best Buy has awful customer service and only a 14 day return policy. While virtually ALL retailers have extended their return policies due to COVID apparently my Elite status which allowed 30 day returns lapsed and NOBODY was willing to allow me to return this outside of the 14 days. Family used to call this store "Worst Buy" and now I remember why. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again.

    Not for long periods of use and the control buttons are confusing. Sennheiser is a better albeit more costly option

    I purchased this headset in August 2024; it is now January 3, 2025 and the headset has completely stopped charging

    Terrible Construction, broke in less then a mon

    Was working great with no issues, went to take it off lifting straight up and the end of the plastic casing ware the metal overhead strap gos in snapped and now I cannot wear it at all, I did fix it kinda with super glue and hair band, works for now will take it back tomorrow. Haven't had a chance do to Covid-19 hours.

    I don’t care for it, I had B450-XT with a warranty but had to switch to this one because Best Buy no longer have them . These too flimsy but they do work

    Never worked properly and they wouldn’t exchange or refund. I walked in for an exchange two weeks after purchasing and they refused plus they wouldn’t give me back my recipe

    A great purchas that lasted a long time.

    I purchased this headset on Mar 14, 2020. It is now Nov 21, 2024. I have used them almost every day for work and they have never given me any problems. They still work but have noticed that the connection to my phone is starting to drop out. I think I got my money's worth from this purchase. I will purchase a new pair to have in case these get too bad to use anymore. The battery life is very long. I can uses them for a few days without having to recharge them. They only cover one ear so it does not block out the sounds of people I am working with. They are comfortable to wear and don't feel hot on the ear. The mic does not pick up people talking away from me and so the caller only hears me and no one else. I recommend this headset.
