I’ve only ever used these units since 2015 and only changed twice, once because I sat on it and the other time because I dropped it in a puddle, so both my fault. This time it’s lasted me this long and still working strong! Amazing sound quality and noise cancelling. Battery life is super good especially if you remember to turn it off after every call, I can go about 2-3 days on a charge. 10/10

Bought in 2021, now 2024 and now, the headset hooks up to Bluetooth but I suspect the wiring in the boom is coming loose or wearing out due to people not hearing me at times and static noises. Unfortunately, extended warranty ran out in December.
