Lasted a long time, almost 2 years. Luckily I had the 2 year geek squad protection plan. Headed up not charging fully and mic started cutting out. With the warranty though easy swap

These things are great! They do run a little pricey, and they don't match with other accessories (except your phone), but they provide a great service over long periods. This I'd my second set. My first lasted over 4 years.

This product appears well made and has good functionality. Hands free voice activated controls are a plus. It’s only downside it is uncomfortable over extended usage but, to be fair, I have not used any headset that gets more comfortable throughout the day.

Seems like a solid product but never got using it. Seemed like drama for set up and use and perhaps that was me. Wish I hadn’t bought this and saved the money because it sits in a drawer unused

I loved the sound that I got out of the headset, but the app that I had to use to connect my phone and use the features, would not work. I returned the headset the next day. I would only recommend this if the app was corrected.

This product was purchased as a Gift and my friend is using it as an everyday tool for his work. The Online Purchase was easy and fast and then I use the pick up on Store option and it works smoothly. Thank you guys you are doing a great job

Exactly what I needed. Being a truck driver i needed to be hands free. The 450 XT enables me to do that. It connects to both of my phones at the same time. Stream music and everything. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this because I lost my previous one. I like that it's big and the volume button is visible. I also like the sound isolation and the mic. The only gripe that I have is that it doesn't connect to both my phones at the same time as my previous Bluetooth did.

Love the headset for most part. I have problems interacting with headset from time to time. Appears to be a motorola phone issue. Headset does not like my motorola phone all the time. Have to relink blue tooth often.

It hurts the ear considerably... the sound is great! Very clear calls... very helpful! However, the very thing that makes it awesome, also makes it impossible to wear for more than 2 calls in a row.... the big phones!

My wife works from home and is always on the phone. I could always here her conversations and she would complain that the TV was too loud. So, I bought her the headset and now WE are both happy!

Purchased for my sons birthday. He drives a Big Rig across country and his previous bluetooth headset wasn't cutting it. Great reception and clear voice, even when traveling with the window down. Worth the Investment

The ability to be connected to 2 devices (phone and computer) is great. I can switch between the phone and my laptop for phone calls or online conference calls with various VOIP systems.

I bought this as Massachusetts is going hands free later this month. My husband Reccomended this unit as he had one for driving a big rig. Works great and very easy to pare with my IPhone.

Perfect noise canceling. A bit heavy. 7 months in and it wouldn’t charge. Contemplating getting different model. I used it 5 days a week 8 hours a day. Older models last years. Idk.

My father is incredibly Technologically challenged and he was able to set this up and get it working incredibly easy with very little help, I'd highly recommend to anyone on the roads for long periods of time for work.

This head set is really great for people who are in the phone will driving. Easy to use as well as to keep up whit it as far as charging and handling ill give it a 5 star

I like this version of the Blue Parrot, Don't have to worry that the plastic will break where the Metal band goes in. this one does not have that. The ear Piece is bigger too. I love the Blue Parrot Headsets.
