Not what I went on line and ordered. When I went online I ordered the same number , but the VSI headset. Somehow when I clicked on the best but number on your website It took the VSI models number off. My number is +16053216681

Works good but very uncomfortable on the ear. Hurts

The range is nowhere close to 300 feet. More like 30 feet! Tired of false advertising. This is another item that I will need to replace. Best Buy didn’t honor their 14 day return policy! Furious.

I returned this. I have the 250 and 350 blue parrot headset which both for and work and fit better. I am a truck driver and do not recommend this model.

USPS delivered my package incorrectly, pretty sure my neighbor got it and claims he didn’t. I called and they gave me crap about replacing it. Said to send it back out but failed to Notify me it needed a signature. Since there was no “stay at home, save lives” order I was working. I then tried reaching out via telephone, the wait time was over 3 hours. I tried to use the chat function. It disconnected 3 times!! Can’t even reach anyone at the store, I’m Assuming due to COVID-19. I’m asking someone to call me back please.

This was a performer on every technical front but comfort... just too tight and could not wear it over an hour without pain.

This headset works great, no one hears any noise on the other end and the sound quality is great, very surprised.

The headset has a lot of issues. After pairing with the iPhone it is hard to answer by pressing the headset button and slow to connect if it does work.

I don't like it at all , it's tangles with my long hair and the Bluetooth long range has to be whit an a advanced cellphone not my rugged flip phone. Return it in 2 days

I liked the 350 the quality of there new ones dont match the older versions of there product

I wanted a wireless mic headset. This is a headset for ur mobile phone. It may be good, however not what I wanted. Could not get it returned in time so I am stuck with it. $108.00 I feel was wasted. Maybe I can give as a Xmas present. Maybe.

Ordered the 250 Blue Parrott and it seems to work better

Stopped working after about a month. Took it back and got a replacement and that one quit working as well. It holds no charge so it constantly had to be plugged in and even then it didn’t always work.

so I am a trucker and have had the bx250, the 250 plus, the 350, expressway II and now the 450. while improvements have been made this headset still lacks in other areas. Pros: Much better construction and durability compared to previous models BEST in industry noise cancelling and sound quality long battery life Cons: this headset tends to pinch the head due to it being much beefier and it is MUCH bigger than the 350 model. If wearing for long periods of time 4+ hours straight your ear will hurt plain and simple from the pressure of the headset. The FOAM piece that covers the headset speaker is JUNK. it doesnt fit properly and will fall off at least once a day... this is something that the blueparrots have ALWAYS done and for 150 bucks this shouldnt be an issue period. Overall this headset is of great quality and is a must for truck drivers as it is handsdown better than all other competition but there are some things that blue parrot needs to do to earn this headset 5 stars

For this price I expected the Cadillac of head set, but in reality it is clonky and uncomfortable. My bad for not getting it back to the store within the 15 days (thought it was 30 days for returns). VERY UNHAPPY!
