Not a good parrott

Took it back to BestBuy and their head rep couldn't get it to pair or turn off. He threw 2 packages back to the return bin for repair.

Hurts my ears

There a foam piece comes with it but it is so delicate and ripped right away. I returned it after a week I couldn’t take the pain from my ears.
