    The audio seemed really great, but for some reason I couldn’t get the mic to work with my work laptop. Other Bluetooth headsets work, but this didn’t.

    The problems I have with this particular wireless headset is the audio can be distorted at times or making static sounds. I have purchase at least 5 headsets and this is the best wireless headset I have purchase. I would recommend this headset to my friends, but like any other product I will suggest that they purchase an extended warranty when they buy it.

    It doesn't have a very loud sound, but that's good. It doesn't have any interference, but the only thing that if it's very loud, it disconnects separately from the cellular device on which I use it.
