Poor fit

With it not having the dual earpiece, it causes one side of the headband to be against your head. This causes discomfort within a few minutes. Its also a lose fit. While latching my trailer doors and looking up to make sure they're connected, the divice wants to fall off my head.

Often in conversation I am asked to repeat seems it is not always clearly transmitted. Overall I would have to not recommend this item. Pricey and not worth the $$$.

I have a large head and this fits me well enough that I can wear it for hours on end. I use it everywhere. I have to say that I don't use all the features it offers, but the features I bought it for have paid off in spades.

We would love to help you resolve the situation and encourage you to try the following:
- Be sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection on your phone
- Disable any battery-saving settings on your phone
- Unpair (this will be marked as "Forget this Device" or something similar on your phone) your BlueParrott B450-XT from your smartphone
- Turn Bluetooth on your smartphone off
- Reboot your phone
- While your phone is restarting, reset your device using the instructions linked here: https://bit.ly/36K6pWX
- Once your phone has powered back on, turn Bluetooth back on
- Pair your BlueParrott B450-XT to your smartphone

Works Great unless you need to use it with your PC

If you just want to use it with you cell phone or tablet it works great, but if you need to use it with your PC, then you will need something else. I need to use it with Ring Central on PC, so had to return it.

Headset for work

Easy to use and I love the Bluetooth so no tangling up in cords while running around doing office work. It doesn’t block out background noise, but we bought it for clarity in customers having the ability to hear me clearly and for me to hear them.

Hubby Loves This Headset

He has it on and it’s working all day either being used by talking or listening to music, It’s not in stand by mode and it will last 2 days. These normally will last approximately 2 years and then expect to replace with regular use. It’s best we’ve found, highly recommend this blue parrot headset.

Sometimes the bass is too high and the person talking to me seems garbled. I'd also like to be able to widen the headband just a little more. It sometimes feels too tight.

Construction Equipment Operator

Clear and great for construction work. This shows purchase date but the one I purchased a year ago got run over by a D7 Dozer. Lol so there is a years history of use and purchased another one.
