Works extremely well with my phone. The head set is just a little big for my head. But other than that I use it in the morning when I am very busy and don't have time to guess if it is or not connected.

Good audio, when it works no one can hear the background noise around me. However, it seems like it disconnects or goes dead. Sometimes ive found my self saying "hello, can you hear me?" A couple times. So i dont know

I bought this BlueParrot B450-XT headset as my Sony WH-1000XM3 microphone performance while in a small room or in a car was not up to the mark. People I speak to used to say they hear me as if I am inside a dome and speaking due to the echo they were hearing from me. I read rave reviews of this B450-XT model from BlueParrott. I bought it and its microphone is one of the best. Whether you are in a small room or in a car, doesn't matter. People on the other side of my call heard me very well and even in heavy wind, they never heard the wind. That's about the good points. Here are the bad ones. 1. The ear cushion that it comes default with hurts your ears after a few minutes. Replacing them with the flat foam cushions helps but after 30 mins, even they hurt your ears. Sony WH-1000XM3 could be worn all day and you won't even know it's on your ears and around your head. But BlueParrett B450-XT cannot be worn for more than 30 mins. 2. In case you roam around the house wearing it, it keeps sliding and if you bend your head, it falls off. 3. Sound quality is very bad but manageable. 4. The other side of the ear where there's no cushion doesn't stay still. I wish they had a soft cushion on that side so it doesn't dig into your skin (after 30 mins you will start noticing it). I am returning these and will continue using my Sony WH-1000XM3. Though I will be sacrificing on a noise-canceling microphone, the comfortability, audio quality, comfort wear trumps it. Sony's microphone is not as good as BlueParrott's but it works well.

Good sound canceling for in the semi truck at work.

This is a great headset for folks that need to talk on the phone a great deal. Pairs with a smartphone easily, has a great range so you can answer calls and walk around while talking without having to carry your phone with you.

I like it I lost the mic cover and can’t locate the 2 it said came in the box so it don’t work right with the cover I found online to cover it makes me just want to exchange the whole thing for another one. Manufacture needs to carry extra supplies

Headset fits a little tight, but overall a good product.

Love my headset very useful when driving and having to take calls and listen for directions

Works great. I use them for my 10 hr shifts as an operator and I have no issues with them. It will take a few days for them to break in but that is normal.

Works like a charm for my husband. The only thing when I went to purchase it the sale price was more than the original price he sent me a couple of days before.

I got if for my husband and he really loves this. He's a truck driver and this is one tool that he never leaves home without. I'm glad he loves this because I know he's driving safe with no distraction on the road as far as talking on his phone.

Perfect head set for a trucker like myself . Long distance OTR guy. Wouldn’t recommend sleeping with it on tho .

Comfort good, sound quality ok, range terrible. I really wanted to like these but I could not move from in front of my computer. As soon as I stepped a few feet away I would get feedback from others on the call that they could not hear me. Returned...

Best headset imo. Tried the V6 and the software was way too quiet even w both earpieces. And the noise canceling feature is a scam in general.

Better than other brands much more reliable. Must buy

Works good as the last three I purchased for work. Sometimes it will not connect to anything after being powered on for a half a day it is like it freeze so then I have to connect it to the charger to continue even though it charged fully before use.
