Press the answer button-nothing happens, hit voice-say Answer call nothing. I always have to call the person back because it WILL NOT answer calls

He does trailer repair and hauls automobiles, so it's imperative that he has a hands free device that is reliable. This seems to be a good choice!

Wireless headset is the best

I have used for several days and range is unbelievable. My only issue is that the headset squeezes more than I like. Hopefully that will relax some with more use. I have twice forgotten I had them on. Good solid product.

Could be better

The ear cushion that comes on it is oval shaped and doesn't fit your ear so i put just the padded ear muff on. Sound is clear some times its too load and others i can't hear the person I'm talking to. I had a cheap one that worked great till i smashed in the door on accident i wish i could find one of them again.
