Purchased it for my husband and he absolutely loves them! He had the first ones just over a year and they stopped working suddenly, but these are the best ones he’s ever had/used. Long battery life too!

Not 300 feet of roaming range, no auto mute

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It pains me to pay the prices for a Jabra headset, so I looked ALL OVER the Best Buy store for a suitable alternative after my last headset burned out. I primarily use my headset for all day long phone calls. I picked this up for the noise cancelling capabilities, long battery life, and the 300 foot roaming range. The noise cancelling and battery life are on point, however, the 300 foot range is non-existent. I can barely walk to my kitchen less than 100 feet away and this headset is cutting out. I don't like that the boom mic isn't muted when I flip it up. I have to program the Parrot special key in the app, and there is no way to really know if you are or aren't muted if you don't remember you are muted (I'm usually multi tasking). I'm going to return this and fork out for the the full Jabra headset. If I wasn't able to return this I would send it out to our datacenter because I think that would be a great use case for it.

For instance, if the headset boasts a range of up to 300 feet (100 meters), but your mobile device only has a range of up to 30 feet (10 meters), the actual Bluetooth range is limited to the shorter specification. Great buy and battery life cause he never ever charges these things I charge them for him once a week and that’s it! The battery life is incredible.

Sound is great for meetings. My only problem with it is with the connection to my phone. If I walk away from my desk leaving the headset on the desk, my phone loses connection as expected. The problem is that it doesn't reconnect when I get back in range. And if I turn the phone on, it doesn't connect either. The head set must be powered off and on before it connects each time.

I’ve had this for close to a year and have had no issues! Everyone I talk to says they can hear me with no trouble at all. Also great for listening to podcasts

Especially if you won a free up your hands and also not have a phone stuck to your head. The noise canceling is the best on the market. Were met would recommend this to anybody that either does a lot of driving or needs both hands to work. Good house a good range away from the phone but it deftly does not get anywhere near the 300' they advertise.
