Not working for the price I paid for it

My only issue with this one, is after a while of wearing it, I get a headache because it hilds very tight on your head. Thats a good thing but not for me.

It is possible to adjust the tension of the BlueParrott B450-XT if the headband feels too tight. To change the tension of the headband, grip the headband and flex it inward or outward, depending on preference, using mild to moderate force when flexing the headband. Flex inward to increase tension. Flex outward to reduce the tension. Repeat the process until desired tension comfort level is attained. Great headset for operators of heavy equipment

Very easy to hear calls and no trouble with being heard on the other end. The setup was a bit confusing as I had to actually tell the device to "pair" instead of pressing a button, but once that was figured out, everything worked great.

Tried a few other less intrusive styles before going with Blue Parrott. Mic close to your mouth is a must in a busy office setting. If you want to be able to roam wireless around your work place while still taking calls, this headset will fill your need.
