Very easy to hear calls and no trouble with being heard on the other end. The setup was a bit confusing as I had to actually tell the device to "pair" instead of pressing a button, but once that was figured out, everything worked great.

My only issue with this one, is after a while of wearing it, I get a headache because it hilds very tight on your head. Thats a good thing but not for me.

It is possible to adjust the tension of the BlueParrott B450-XT if the headband feels too tight. To change the tension of the headband, grip the headband and flex it inward or outward, depending on preference, using mild to moderate force when flexing the headband. Flex inward to increase tension. Flex outward to reduce the tension. Repeat the process until desired tension comfort level is attained. GREAT HEADSET

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought it for my now ex for christmas. he is a OTR trucker and after much research i found this to be one of the best reviewed headsets. he can walk around and talk now his old headset sounded very muffled and would constantly drop calls. and if trouble shooting is ever needed all you have to do is read instructions or get on blueparrott website and they have solutions to any problems that you might ever encounter.

I've used this headset for about a month now and really like it. I drive a semi truck and everyone I talk to is surprised at how quiet it is. Bluetooth connection is very reliable.
