BELIEVE IT it’s true.. only problem is when he’s wearing the headset it hurts his ear with wearing his eye glasses for an extended period of time.. otherwise a great buy!!

Not For Fat Heads!

Easy to pair, the sound quality is great and it is easy to use. If you have a large brain that makes your head way above normal it is not very comfortable. It is a little uncomfortable to wear. For me its awkward.

I thought my original one was broke so I returned it as per Blue Parrot customer support. My replacement did the same thing. The headset works great. The downfall is that there is an app you can install and program your headset Blue Parrot button. Well I couldn't connect either headset to the app. What's the purpose of having hands free if you have to open the phone to call certain numbers. Anyway, after reading almost every review in the app store, all complaints were the same as mine. Every one had the same issue. Their customer support was good at first but I haven't heard from them in 2 weeks. Time to return this one and go a different direction. If you have no desire to use the app then this is a great headset but I would like to use all the features that is advertised. If the app worked this would be a 5 STAR REVIEW.

We would love to help you resolve the situation and encourage you to try the following:
- Be sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection on your phone
- Disable any battery-saving settings on your phone
- Unpair (this will be marked as "Forget this Device" or something similar on your phone) your BlueParrott B450-XT from your smartphone
- Turn Bluetooth on your smartphone off
- Reboot your phone
- While your phone is restarting, reset your device using the instructions linked here: https://bit.ly/36K6pWX
- Once your phone has powered back on, turn Bluetooth back on
- Pair your BlueParrott B450-XT to your smartphone

It’s perfect for our small office, my husband and I work together and I no longer have to turn the music off every time he’s on a call (music stays on low and I feel more comfortable) It’s all about professionalism to us and this headset helps us accomplish that!
