They are not very comfortable fornan eight hour contimuos use however if you use them 2 to 3 hours they are great. They also have great range As advertizaed

This is a fabulous headset. I have a large head and this fits me well enough that I can wear it for hours on end. I use it everywhere. I have to say that I don't use all the features it offers, but the features I bought it for have paid off in spades.

I got this for my husband. The sound quality could use some improvement, but overall, we are satisfied.

it doesn't work on PC's! If you just want to use it with you cell phone or tablet it works great, but if you need to use it with your PC, then you will need something else. I need to use it with Ring Central on PC, so had to return it.

Not a very good sound , the mic works pretty good .

I wish there was a way to adjust the tone by lowering the bass. Sometimes the bass is too high and the person talking to me seems garbled. I'd also like to be able to widen the headband just a little more. It sometimes feels too tight.

Husband drives thousands of miles each week, he absolutely loves this headset. He has it on and it’s working all day either being used by talking or listening to music, It’s not in stand by mode and it will last 2 days. These normally will last approximately 2 years and then expect to replace with regular use. It’s best we’ve found, highly recommend this blue parrot headset.

Good audio, when it works no one can hear the background noise around me. However, it seems like it disconnects or goes dead. Sometimes ive found my self saying "hello, can you hear me?" A couple times. So i dont know

Works perfectly for work calls. Easy to use and I love the Bluetooth so no tangling up in cords while running around doing office work. It doesn’t block out background noise, but we bought it for clarity in customers having the ability to hear me clearly and for me to hear them.

Very good headset and I have used a few. Clear and great for construction work. This shows purchase date but the one I purchased a year ago got run over by a D7 Dozer. Lol so there is a years history of use and purchased another one.

Works extremely well with my phone. The head set is just a little big for my head. But other than that I use it in the morning when I am very busy and don't have time to guess if it is or not connected.

I bought this BlueParrot B450-XT headset as my Sony WH-1000XM3 microphone performance while in a small room or in a car was not up to the mark. People I speak to used to say they hear me as if I am inside a dome and speaking due to the echo they were hearing from me. I read rave reviews of this B450-XT model from BlueParrott. I bought it and its microphone is one of the best. Whether you are in a small room or in a car, doesn't matter. People on the other side of my call heard me very well and even in heavy wind, they never heard the wind. That's about the good points. Here are the bad ones. 1. The ear cushion that it comes default with hurts your ears after a few minutes. Replacing them with the flat foam cushions helps but after 30 mins, even they hurt your ears. Sony WH-1000XM3 could be worn all day and you won't even know it's on your ears and around your head. But BlueParrett B450-XT cannot be worn for more than 30 mins. 2. In case you roam around the house wearing it, it keeps sliding and if you bend your head, it falls off. 3. Sound quality is very bad but manageable. 4. The other side of the ear where there's no cushion doesn't stay still. I wish they had a soft cushion on that side so it doesn't dig into your skin (after 30 mins you will start noticing it). I am returning these and will continue using my Sony WH-1000XM3. Though I will be sacrificing on a noise-canceling microphone, the comfortability, audio quality, comfort wear trumps it. Sony's microphone is not as good as BlueParrott's but it works well.

Works like a charm for my husband. The only thing when I went to purchase it the sale price was more than the original price he sent me a couple of days before.

This is a great headset for folks that need to talk on the phone a great deal. Pairs with a smartphone easily, has a great range so you can answer calls and walk around while talking without having to carry your phone with you.
