Works great but hurts my ear after a while cushion doesn't cover ear good my old one is more comfortable

Very disappointing. At this price I expected much better sound quality, and the headband was so tight it became painful after a few minutes. I returned this and ended up with one at about a quarter of the price which was far superior in every way

Work great, but it a little to bulky for me but someone in the trucking industry it’s probably what you need

Had hopes this was a perfect device for being on teams all day but the mic stopped working 24 hrs after purchase. Had to return. Chose not to try another one.

The box doesn’t tell you that these are actually for the car. I was trying to use them because I work from home and there was no way to ever connect them to work. Never able to use them still brand new.

Does not stay put, easily slips off, worst is the design of the buttons all are in line. Answering calls is just frustrating you have hit the right button remember they are all in line. Would prefer that the answering button is stand alone where you just hit it to answer without trying to figure out which one to hit. Not comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Cannot hit the answer button twice to redail last number called which defeats the purpose of hands free. If you answer by sliding answer on the phone screen there is a few seconds time lag where you just keep hearing answer or ignore tone in your ear before it connects, the app just defeats the purpose of hands free when you have to keep on touching your phone.

The charge don't last long, when ask to call someone it doesn't half the time.

I really like them but they mess up really fast, I’m mad.

Works well but has an issue of re dialing the last number on its own.

This is the third Blue Parrot I have bought and the third one with less than 4 hours talk time or Bluetooth listening at mid volume. It seems like every one I have got has a bad battery. The verbal connection feature works, about 1-3 uses. I need to take back and exchange it I guess

Sound quality is mediocre with computer because bluetooth doesn't support this product as an audio input and output. Therefore the quality is downgraded to a headset which is really disappointing. Better off with a dedicated wireless receiver unit.

Where to start…how about looks; It's big, it's bad, and designed for function over form. These headsets are for people that only want the best call quality, to which this device excels at. Comfort while wearing glasses is the only issue I perceived. The earcup is large and comfortable. The headset seems bulky, but I found overall it is pretty comfortable to wear! The earcup does sit on your ear so wearing glasses might be an issue for some. The microphone can be rotated or turned at any angle so that it can be adjusted to your liking. This little puppy comes with unbeatable sound quality and noise canceling technology, is equipped with voice control and can operate over 24 hours on a single charge, I verified that claim. The headset comes with its own app, which you can use to tailor your device to your liking and see its status. It’s high-tech, comfortable and inexpensive for what you get. Great performance. Blue Parrot headsets are famous for their noise cancellation and have even improved more upon it with this model. Remember the noise cancellation is only applicable to the microphone. Microphone clarity is pretty darn good even with noises (vacuum cleaner) in the background the person on the other end could still hear me clear as day. You can't truly appreciate it without hearing it firsthand. If you have this headset, the Blue Parrot app gives you a test function to record and play back for your own demonstration. Sound is top notch for a headset. Its speaker is large and loud, so you'll not have any problems listening to a call. These aren’t STEREO or SURROUND sound but they do come with A2DP support, you can also stream audio. Music comes through crisp and clear, with a solid low end and a good overall balance of sound. Battery life is amazing thanks to the large battery, which accounts for the bulk of the headset. With the app installed it will transmit the battery level to your phone if your phone supports it. Also, one of the voice commands is "Check battery," which will tell you if the battery is low, medium, or high (and say your phone's battery level as well). Charging is via a USB port, so you can power it from the included USB charger or any standard USB charger. The operating range is pretty good. This is advertised as a Class 1 Bluetooth device, giving you a range of 300 feet, in perfect conditions and perfect devices. With the B450-XT, paired with my phone I can get 50+ feet before things started to break up. While hooked to my computer I can move freely about my house upstairs and down without any issues. Your distances will vary. If you’re a professional driver or a person who needs both hands free while communicating, then this should be on your short list of purchasing options. This headset exceeds my needs very well and I would recommend it to anyone.

Hard to hear you could barely hear the person that you’re trying to talk to

This headset's sometimes listed for "trucker" types, but this works in just about every situation I can come up with or think of.

I bought these for my boyfriend. Hes a truck driver. And by thr time he got back on the road to use them, they sounded really bad! Voice was robotic and like he was in a tunnel. They were fully charged. We tried so many things and it was too late to return or exchange. I thought parrot would be the best. We both have samsung S22 Phones. Not sure if it has anything to do with that

Excellent! This is the second one I purchased. I wished the warranty lasted longer.

I tried to like these. These just don’t have the clarity like my AirPods.
