Great headset for driving, the only thing they should be making them in different sizes, evethought are adjustable no all heads are made equal...

The size is too small. doesn't fit all not comfortable!!

I BOUGHT A BLUETOOTH RADIO FOR MY CAR AND IT KEEPS DROPPING MY PHONE,AS WELL AS THE BEST BUY TECHNICIANS I PHONE & NOW IM STUCK WITH A PRODUCT THAT I CANT USE!! THANKS A LOT! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!

After a week long trial not the best experience with these headphones and immediately returned them as sound quality was not as advertised.

I have to start off with the comfort of this set. It's spot on for me and I love that there is an included foam ear cover too if that's what you prefer. I have a medium/smaller sized head so if you have a larger sized head, these may be a bit tight. And yes, you can reverse the set to wear the earpiece on your left or right ear as the microphone will flip to the other side. Another big plus is that the buttons have a distinct click physical and audible feedback to give you confidence you are actually hitting a button. It can be really frustrating trying to try to push a button and not knowing if you actually are while not getting the output you assumed you would. This is not an issue with these. These are the perfect set for someone always on calls either at home or on the road. Although I think these are best suited for truckers and long distance drivers who need to stay connected, these would also be excellent to use in your home office. The noise canceling makes it easy to hear clearly even in an active environment. That is something that's difficult to achieve with noise canceling/over-the-ear/in-ear headphones. The box comes with a USB-C cable use to charge and update the headset. You can even customize button functions with the app available for android and iOS which can further streamline your workflow. The desktop application allows you to update firmware and both the phone and desktop applications are available on the incredibly simple url: https://www.blueparrott.com/software. I had to do zero digging around to find this information and that too is highly appreciated. BlueParrott has done an excellent job to make it all easy to find and easy to use while providing an excellent product.

This is my third pair of headphones. I am a truck driver so good headphones are a must. These headphones are the best but tend to get staticky over time. I also have an iPhone 12. The iPhone sometimes doesn’t connect which would be the phone or headphones this problem is not consistent to reduce stars

I came to the store because I received a coupon. It said that I received this coupon because I was such a great customer. I purchased 3 or 4 high priced items, but when I tried to use the coupon, I was told that it was not valid on any of the items that I purchased. It appeared that my super loyalty coupon wasn't applicable to anything other than some gum, candy and soft drinks. I feel that I was misled.

Mouthpiece only works well when the piece is directly on the mouth. Delay in speaking after answering the phone.

Built cheap volume needs to be louder very uncomfortable

The headphones were too tight on my husbands head and were very uncomfortable.

Not good to have, the ear piece or the mouth piece didn’t work good because people on the other end couldn’t hear me.

An essential tool for working from home. The BT450-XT is the perfect all day companion for Zoom calls, phone calls etc. Setting up is super easy by just holding the power on button for 2 seconds to put the BT450-XT in pairing mode, chose the headset in your Bluetooth settings and you are on your way. You are able to pair with and use two devices with multipoint and switch between them when needed. Another great feature is the BT450-XT is ambidextrous as you can adjust for right or left ear use depending upon your preferences. The design and padding make the BT450-XT very comfortable to wear all day. Sound quality is great with noise cancellation and battery life for me lasted between 3-4 days of heavy use. Walking around your house or office without dropping signal is no issue at all. Many times I was able to walk to the kitchen and get a drink while still on a conference call and connection and call quality was great. Download the Blue Parrot App from your phones App Store and you can access customization of features such as utilizing the Parrot Button to mute, speed dial, voice memo record and more... In the age of WFH these tools are more and more necessary to make your days the most productive.

Terrible instructions and I have no idea how to use it.

It started out great but is no longer working. Yikes! Will have to return asap.

I have owned two headsets from this company. Both were expensive, worked fine for a year and a half and the died. Not a quality product or company at all.

The headphones Wont stay charged long than 30 minutes

I've been using this headset for over a week now and I can definitely say the audio quality is fantastic. I've been working from home since March, with everything going on in the world, so my working day has pretty much transitioned 100% to video conference calls and audio calls with colleagues from around the world. The BlueParrott B450-XT is great for conference calls, as I find the headset comfortable to wear and it has great battery life. I can easily get through about 2-3 days straight of meetings and not need to charge the headset. I currently use the headset to connect to my PC and to my IOS device. The BlueParrott button is configurable as to what function you want it to play. I currently use it to switch between my PC and phone so I can make/receive calls on each device easier. You can also use the button to mute your microphone, enable voice commands, etc. This is definitely a good headset for those that need to be on a headset often and want great audio quality and flexible features on their device.
