Inferior Bluetooth

It’s basically a copy of a Plantronics headset , with less features. I’ve been using this style Bluetooth for years as an over the road truck driver. This headset, while comfortable, doesn’t have basic features . Won’t stay connected, had to reach out to customer support to update firmware, audio quality not great, range is more like 30 feet instead of claimed 300 feet. Would not recommend!
