I don’t like the device

You cannot check to see how much battery life you have left. The power button is to difficult to turn on. The device is big and doesn’t fit into a small purse well.

Good for home and office, not so much for driving

Whoever I was talking to could not hear me if I had the window down. I drive truck for a living and have a blue parrot over the head headset and it works amazing so thought I’d give this a chance. It’s great if you’re using for home or office use but not for driving

Microphone is not working properly
