Also the noise cancelling can't even block out the heater/ac noise. I'm very very disappointed with this.

I should have spent the extra money on the trucker headset. The noise cancellation works ok. Not very effective driving down highway or in loud work environments. If you work in a quiet environment and have big ears, this will be ok.
