So I’m kinda actually torn with this thing. I want to love it but I think some of the cons outweigh the good so I’m not completely sold on it. So first off I spend most my day on the phone for work and I have multiple headsets from AirPods to over ear to single ear headsets. This one arrived at my house and I opened it and I was immediately excited just from the sheer size and weight of it. Felt sturdy but not heavy. Unfortunately there was zero charge to it when I opened it so I had to fully charge it before syncing it up. Once it was charged pairing it was a breeze connected it to my phone, iPad and MacBook Air. I begin my work day and took my first call which was on a zoom meeting and at first everything was coming though crystal clear and I was a happy camper. Then came the first disconnect. Annoying but things happen so I reconnected got back to the meeting but that wasn’t the end within 30 mins the headset had disconnected 3 times. I used it for another 4 hours and I think I had one more disconnect but that wasn’t the issue the issue was like I said I used it another 4 hours unfortunately my work day is way longer than 5 hours and this thing was dead as a door nail by then. So while there are some good qualities the bad at least for me outweighs the good with this thing.

If you are looking for a single year low profile but with a nice mic this is the device works well at that. The noise cancelling is good as long as there isn’t direct wind on it. When I had the window down in my car and it was on the ear facing the window the other person had difficulty hearing me though they were able to so that is an improvement over other mics, but if I switched to the other ear it was able to cut out a majority of the wind noise. It was also able to cut out an AC running in the back ground at another point and works well in generally loud environments. I ran into two issues, first, even the small ear piece felt large in my ear so if you have medium/small ears this may be a problem for you though the small did work just not the most securely; secondly, I wasn’t able to get 300’ away from my phone, the range is pretty decent especially in a straight line, going up and down levels I noticed the distance away from the phone was maybe 50’ but outside maybe closer to 100’. I absolutely love the customizable button, mostly I love it because I can choose what I want not because I want to switch it at all, I chose mute and love that I’m able to mute it directly from the headset versus having to mute myself on the screen for my conference calls that I need to do on the go. I work in a noisy environment and I have found myself frustrated in the past when it comes to the noise being to much to make a clear phone call. The frustration has finally ended now that I have this! I am very satisfied with its performance, comfort, and features. It is one of the better headsets I have owned and definitely beat others that I have tried. It is comfortable to wear and is somewhat easy to forget that I am wearing. The audio quality is good but does require max volume when calling in noisier environments. I imagine this is the case with pretty much any headset out there. The battery life is great! I am able to wear it with the power on for several work days before needing to charge it back up. I have asked people about the audio quality on their end and all have said they can hear me loud and clear. Overall, I am very happy with this headset and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable and high-quality Bluetooth headset for noisy environments. It is worth the price and it has exceeded my expectations. It is a great product from BlueParrott.

This headset is just the right size to provide good hearing and speaking sound quality without being too bulky. It rest just right on your ear and so light weight you can hardly tell it is there. The mic is just long enough to pick up your voice well without being overly visible. Charge time is really good and connection to you device and the Blueparrott mobile application is quick and simple. The app let's you easily so the battery life and adjust system settings. I have used on several long walks and it has worked great. When walking beside a busy road the person on the other end could hear me clearly. I could also her them well also. After several hours of use the battery has only reduced by less than 25%. I connected to my work computer as well and it works just as well for business calls. The appearance is modern and the buttons are easy to get to on the headset for power on and off and controlling the volume. I have several Blueparrott headsets and this one does not disappoint and continues the high quality I've come to expect.

So I received my BlueParrott - M300-XT SE Bluetooth Headset about a week ago and have been putting it through its paces. I have used other BlueParrott products in the past and knew that this headset would be just as easy and fun to use. Inside the package comes: * BlueParrott M300-XT SE Bluetooth Headset * USB-C Charging cable * Eartips (small, medium, and large) * User Documentation Setting up this headset is just as easy as setting up any other bluetooth compatible device. Simply hold down the power button on the back of the headset to put it in pairing mode and connect it on your mobile device. Once connected that's pretty much it. Also on the headset are volume +/- controls and the charging port at the bottom of the headset. One thing I love about this headset, is that it can be fitted to be worn on either the left or right ear, with the bottom part of the arm rotating to the other side allowing for it to be worn on either ear. There is a BlueParrott app that's available for download in the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android. The app seemed a little finnicky when I initially tried to use it but after I closed it out and re-paired my headset to my phone it worked without any further issues. Sound quality on the headset was awesome. Very nice headset and battery life is amazing. Range seems to be further than other higher-priced earbuds that I've been using for the last few years. The BlueParrott button on the side of the microphone can be customized to your liking. Default is mute/unmute, but can also be used for speed dialing, checking battery status, etc. The app also allows you to update the firmware which it prompted me to do so once I connected it to the app.

Overall, this headset has the functionality and audio clarity that I'm looking for in my day to day work life. I work in the office and in the field so I'm constantly having to run out of the office and into a vehicle or vice versa. This headset is easily transportable and has a long lasting battery life which is crucial when on the road. I have never ran out of battery while using the headset and it charges quickly via USB C when you do need some charge. This headset has a companion app where you can change the programming of the Blue Parrot button. I currently have it on mute but you can have it open a third party app, speed dial someone, have it tell you the battery status, control a second paired device, or have it as a multifunction button that will answer calls, end calls, or activate your voice assistant. The noise cancellation works well but it's not the best performer. It cancels enough of the unwanted sound from the conversation in the office but it can still be distracting to the listener when I'm out in the field and dogs are barking or I'm on a construction site. This headset is not the most comfortable. I do get ear fatigue after a couple hours of wearing them and sometimes I get ear fatigue within 30 minutes of wearing them due to also wearing glasses. Despite not getting the comfort level or amount of noise cancellation that I would like, I still use this headset every day. It's been helping me multitask to stay productive and efficient both in the office and out in the field. I would recommend to anyone in a similar position.

Being that my job still functions on a hybrid schedule, having a top quality headset was a must! I got the opportunity to try out the new BlueParrott - M300-XT, and hopped on it. The setup is really straightforward, just like any other Bluetooth pairing device. I had no issues connecting right away. I received the BlueParrott - M300-XT early in the day, and just in time to try it out during an afternoon meeting. To my surprise, the BlueParrott - M300-XT headset worked flawlessly! The call quality was nice and clear. The client had no issues hearing me on the other end, so that is ALWAYS a win. As for style and comfort: it looks bulky, but it wraps around your ear comfortably and really feels good around my ear. I really like the bud style ear piece, as this furthers its noise-cancelling capabilities, and it really is my favorite style of earpiece. As for the battery life, I can go quite a few calls without it needing a charge. Overall, I am extremely happy that I went for the BlueParrott - M300-XT. It has made phone calls so much easier and convenient. I would definitely recommend the BlueParrott - M300-XT to anyone.

I've used a lot of earbuds, and while they're great for music or tuning out the sounds around you they usually lack in hearing me in extremely noisy areas. Every so often I have go into the loud production area to work on a machine or two. I need to keep one ear free so I can listen to the machines as they run. My option is to use an earbud and swap out after 3-4hrs (none have lasted a full day) or use the older style BT headsets with 10+hrs of battery life an a mic that goes closer to your mouth and tunes out the noise so the other side can here you. I've always preferred the latter. So far, the M300-XT handles everything I need while my hands are covered in ink. Clear calls with exceptional battery life without wearing out my ear and becoming uncomfortable. I don't have demanding needs, and the M300-XT takes care of me. I haven't bothered to test music or any media other than calls since my main need for this is clear, hands-free communication while my hands are tried up while working.

I'm used to my wired Apple airpod but I would like to try a one ear headset for a more professional look when I'm out and about. First off, this headset is very easy to pair with my iPhone. My iPhone recognized the headset via Bluetooth and connected immediately. I did not have to download the BlueParrott app to set it up. It's kind of a plug and play device. Call quality is not superb but clear and audible. I heard some scratchy sounds from the other end just as I answered the call but it went away as we started to converse. I can adjust the volume through the buttons on the earpiece with no problem. The mute microphone button works like a charm and came in handy when I had to momentarily cough. The person from the other end whom I'm talking to said she can hear me clearly and background noise was minimum. The headset came with 2 extra eargel (small, medium and large), it's best to use the one that fits your ear the most because it helps for getting the best audio quality as well as comfort. I think this headset is good enough for my daily calls that require me to be handsfree. For me it's very basic considering the price.

I needed a set of Bluetooth headphones for on the go work calls and also hands-free calling while at work. Setup was a little much because it requires an app to connect to multiple devices. They also allows you to reprogram buttons on the headset. As far as connecting, I will say that it is a lot more user friendly on a phone rather than on a laptop or computer. Glad for the interchangeable ear cups for maximum comfort. You are also able to orient the headset in a way where you could wear it on either ear. Sound wise, the headset provides excellent quality audio, buttons are responsive for answering an ending calls, and the microphone is sensitive enough to hear your voice clearly. The noise canceling capabilities are as good as your fit. I'm so best be sure to choose the right size for your ear. Charging is decent. They came with a cord with no charge block which is the new standard. Something that I would have liked would be a charge case to put the headset inside of. That would make it easier to keep track of and easier to pack for travel.

I’ve been using Plantronics headsets in an office setting for many years. They have been my go to because of their ease-of-use, microphone clarity, speaker clarity and battery life. Due to how awesome they are we even invested in the handset lifters for our non-PBX multi-line phone system back 10+ years ago. Report that the BlueParrott branded headsets are of the same amazing quality! I was able to use this headset on three different phones across two different operating systems. Those phones are the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the Google Pixel 7 Pro, and the Google Pixel Fold. One thing that I absolutely loved was the ability to hop from phone to phone seamlessly using this headset. What do I mean by that? It didn’t matter if I was on the iPhone, or one of the two pixel phones I was able to pick the phone up and use it without fumbling around in the Bluetooth settings instantly. So whether I was making a call, listening to some music, or listening to a podcast, it effortlessly switched between each of the devices. NICE! RIGHT? RIGHT! The BlueParrot app allows you to update the device firmware, or customize the BlueParrott button on the side. I currently have it set to mute and unmute microphone because that’s what I’m used to in an office setting, but you can change its function to a few different preset options or have it interact with a third party app. I haven’t found a reason to utilize the 3rd party app functioning but I’m confident that it too would be amazing-so I’m going to be looking into what I could use it for and seeing what fun I can have with that. If you’re at this product page, looking at this device, then you know just how awesome their office products are, and I’m sure you’ll love this little headset as much as I do. It has replaced my go to device for listening to music even, though if you are an audiophile you’ll probably have a multi-hundred (or thousand?) dollar headset you’ll want to use instead of this anyway! My only complaint is that my sunglasses sit awkwardly due to how this sits on the ear versus being in the ear, but logic told me that would be the case when I was checking this out, so I cannot fault BlueParrot for this one as I knew it going in. Just something to be mindful of in case you want to use this while driving and wear sunglasses or if you have prescription/reading glasses that you’ll be wearing. All said and done, this headset is really a kick butt headset and I love it!

My girlfriend likes to run marathons, not outside, but the ones inside on the phone! I have tried to get her to use numerous Bluetooth headsets to make her life easier so she could multitask and not hold the phone. She has tried numerous ones and could never find one she liked, the BlueParrot is the first headset that did not bother her. She never could get use to the in ear type of earbuds because she doesn’t like things in here ear. The M300 sits just in the ear and doesn’t have to be wedged in like earbuds. She is a realtor so she is constantly on the phone with clients and such, so clarity is important. When she used the BlueParrot M300 to talk to clients she had no complaints from them about call quality or how she sounded. She was able to hear them clearly also and the noise canceling helps her do things without causing too much noise on their end. Having Bluetooth 5.1 gives you a more stable connection and allows you to be further away from your phone and keep a connection. The headset changes with a USB-C and comes with a charge cable but no brick. It comes with a S,M and Large ear tip and can be worn on either your left or right ear. The app allows you to customize the BlueParrot button on the side of the headset. If you’re looking for a good headset and don’t like earbuds, the BlueParrot M300 is an excellent budget friendly option. The only knock I would have is I would have liked to see a small carrying case included for travel. Beside that, I’m glad I finally have found something that makes her life easier so she can get more done.

The BlueParrott M300-XT SE Bluetooth Headset is a nice entry into the hands free talk market. I work in an office environment and there is nothing worse than having to hold a phone up to my ear when I am attempting to use my computer. I like the look of the device, as I do not feel like it is overly bulky. The weight, per the manufacturer, is only 0.7ounces. I will say that after awhile it does slightly bother my ear but, most of the time when I am in my office I take the headset off if I am not going to be actively using it for awhile. The device comes with three different sized ear pieces. I tried the medium that comes preinstalled however I ended up swapping to the small. It seems to feel more comfortable. At first, I was slightly concerned about how the ear piece sits in my ear. Unlike traditional bluetooth earpieces, this one does not insert into your ear canal. It sits on the outside of the ear canal. I was wondering if it would be loud enough for me to hear with background noise since it sits outside of the ear canal. It is plenty loud! You can easily hear the person you are speaking to, as well as any audio feed from your bluetooth connected phone. The noise cancelling feature seems to work great as well! I have not had anyone say they couldn't hear me, and in my office there is a significant amount of background noise. The phone app is nice to. When I first got the headset I connected it to my phone and it advised me I needed to update the headset. The update failed the first time, however it worked just fine the second time. You can make adjustments to the headset through the app so users have some customization available to them. All in all, this is a great headset, especially for an office environment!

This would work great for someone with bigger ears. The audio quality is very good, it just is hard for me to keep it on. I will say, also, that the control buttons are a little difficult to figure out, but that may just be due to user inexperience.

Worked great at first set up. Then starting each day thereafter the headset would have to be paired again to my phones. Battery life is great other than the connectivity issues this would have been a keeper. By the way I did update the firmware and did not resolve the problem.

Sounds clear and fits perfectly in my ear. Very good product. Very good product especially being a driver
