It's not really suited for music, etc. This is a voice call headset. The noise-canceling function is for the microphones, not for audio so it blocks out background noise that OTHERS will hear. So this is best suited if you're in a noisy office, driving, construction offices, etc. The MX300-XT pairs incredibly quickly and with about 14 hours of talk time, it's good enough to put on, leave on, and use all day. Probably the only Bluetooth headset you can use all day. Happy to tell you the BlueParrott M300-XT charges using USB C. Initial pairing takes 6 seconds of holding the button, not the 2 seconds it says in the box. The range is 300 feet - so you can literally leave your phone in the car, walk to a door, walk back, and still be talking away. That's stunning. Fit-wise, I found it hard to get a truly comfortable fit with the BlueParrott. It's not in-ear and sort of rests on your ear. I found it better if I gave it a firm push. The fact it more rests on your ear is good for all-day comfort, but it's an unusual sensation compared to other headphones that are snug. The upside, is it is more effective in terms of transparency, so again, a good headphone to use if you need to be able to take calls and be alert to your surroundings. FYI. I wear sunglasses when out, and I couldn't shake the MX300 Worth noting you can wear this on the left or right ear, and the boom-style mic does rotate. Note. You push the Blueparrot blue icon to mute, not push up the mic, which takes a bit of getting used to. Audio quality. This is where the BlueParrot MX300XT shines. It's very clear, sounds as good as any premium headset. The background noise canceling is reasonably good. I have tested in a few environments, and the worst result was a little background noise in a very noisy environment (heavy machinery). The little thing that bugs me and stops this getting 4 stars. The buttons are awkward to press. I wish the big blue parrot button did everything, you can customize the functions in-app, instead of having to push on the top of the headset. The app is weird and I have struggled to get the firmware update to work and when it did it was sloooow to update the firmware. In summary, good for voice, if you're in delivery, service, or in a shared office environment and need a headset for calls. This is good. FYI. The mobile app you use with this is classified in the iOS app store as "Social Networking", at least on iOS. So you may think it's not the right app when you look for it. You don't have to use the app, but you can't upgrade firmware or customize the BlueParrot button without it.

Good Features at a Great Price

People on the other end say I am crystal clear. Battery Life is great. Very comfortable and lightweight. Has good connection range. Cons: The only thing I would improve is the Blue Parrott button. It is too firm and should be easier to press. Even a touch button would be cool. That's it. I would still recommend this especially if your work requires this from time to time. It is nice not to have to stop and charge it every 6 hours.
