Make sure you try all three sizes of the provided EarGels until you find the fit that gives you the best combination of comfort and sound quality. The medium EarGel will fit most people, however, if it does not feel comfortable, try a different EarGel size. The EarGel is designed to sit within the outer ear, not in your ear canal. Disappointing for the price

Really Fantastic Earpiece

The video did not do this headset/earpiece justice. Sound is much better than what was portrayed and the mic is absolutely fantastic. IF there is one thing that is slightly annoying, not enough to dock a star, it is the Blue parrot button. It is right where you want to push to get the ear piece firmly in the ear canal. The default action is mute, and I mute myself every time I put the headset in. It just takes some getting use to, but I am not there after a few days. Battery life has been spectacular. I spent an entire 9 hour work day on calls the entire 9 hours and still had over 50% battery left based on my phones reporting of the headset. It will last well through a normal day. It is very comfortable also, I hardly had to adjust it through those 9 hours of mind numbing conference calls. If you are looking for a headset with excellent noise cancelling, tested with windows down while driving and radio on. This is definitely a great choice.

Not Really Good

Stop Trying
