If you connect to more than one device, it will sit there and REPEATEDLY TELL YOU AUDIBLY whether or not you are connected to the device YOU ARE NOT USING. It's insane and makes it impossible to have a call unless you have both the devices with you. Would have definitely been one of Dante's circles of hell if there were Bluetooth at that time. I wouldn't say the sound is great either, and it picks up wind easily if you're outside.

It doesn't announce callers or tell you how much talk time you have left. The PTL Legend that I had previously used had these features and I liked them very much. Should have bought another one!!

While the M300-XT does not offer the ability to announce the name of your incoming caller due to a lack of support for the PBAP Bluetooth profile, you can adjust the headset's BlueParrott Button to announce the BlueParrott M300-XT battery level. By default, the BlueParrott Button on the M300-XT will mute the microphone, but there are several other functionalities you can configure the button for through the BlueParrott app. If you are looking for a BlueParrott headset that supports the PBAP Bluetooth profile, we encourage you to check out the BlueParrott C300-XT, B450-XT, B650-XT, or S650-XT. The BlueParrott C300-XT has the most similar wearing style to the BlueParrott M300-XT and allows you to check the device's battery level through a simple voice command. Removed and added again the blue tooth profile. Tech support had nothing helpful than it's 15 months old and out of warranty.
