Good headset
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched to this Blue Parrot headset afyer having the Plantronics one for 6 years. The sound quality is great, it's very lightweight but the ear piece is a little uncomfortable after wearing it for long periods of time. That is why I deducted 1 star.

Had to return it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to replace a failed Plantronics 5200 and decided to try a different device because the Plantronics has failed every 1-2 years Geek squad no longer offers a protection plan. The Blue parrot was less comfortable, the audio was too low I frequently am in noisy environments, it lacked the feature of allowing voice commands to answer or reject incoming calls, This was a big issue as a service technician I frequently can’t use my hands to answer. The answer button is very small and awkward and the programmable button added to the discomfort level as you have to push the device in towards your ear. On a positive note I would say the audio quality was higher when I was in quieter areas and the battery life is about double although I didn’t keep it long enough to confirm that. Went back to the Plantronics and will just have to purchase replacements as needed.

Good if the seal works
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is hard to seal it to my ear. When it does not seal properly, people mention to me that they cannot hear me. If I get the seal to fit my ear, the other person can hear me okay. I changed the size of the ear wax insert and will test it more.

Too bulky
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too bulky and awkward. I prefer something more compact. Unless the microphone is placed at just the right angle, it makes it difficult for the person in the receiving end to hear. Would not purchase again.

Wireless Ear Piece
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first look is a good durable earpiece but the annoyance is every time I make or receive a call, the caller cannot hear my voice, and the microphone is set at optimum loud

Impressed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty cool Bluetooth headset - I had the plantronics legend for years and years and it was great - but it finally died and I went to get a new one and saw this blue parrot has 14hrs so I thought I would give it a try. It’s more comfortable, clear and solid connection to my iPhone - while phone is in house I can walk around a pretty large area of front and back yard and still stay connected. Had to get use to the new answer call button location ( wish that was same spot as legend) but other than that it’s a great bt headset.

Decent but still looking
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works decent enough. Still having issues with cutting out our not hearing and not being heard just like the Voyagers from Plantronics that I used to use. And not having the voice prompt to answer and send or ignore calls isn't convenient as I'm an equipment operator and need both hands free to run a remote control. The charge is probably the best feature. It stays charged long enough for stand by and talk that i only charge it once a week.

BT headset
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not really happy that it doesn't adjust for a smaller ear. I cant get it to fit so i can hear the person talking on the other end.

Good clarity but uncomfortable
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device has very good clarity but any background noise from who you're on the phone with is much louder than the person. I do not like the ear bud covers that come with the device because they're a very unusual shape therefore they wont really be comfortable or fit well.. that's even after trying all 3 sizes. I think it's better without the covers. I like that you can wear it on either ear, but it become uncomfortable after a short time..
