This device has very good clarity but any background noise from who you're on the phone with is much louder than the person. I do not like the ear bud covers that come with the device because they're a very unusual shape therefore they wont really be comfortable or fit well.. that's even after trying all 3 sizes. I think it's better without the covers. I like that you can wear it on either ear, but it become uncomfortable after a short time..

I bought this to replace my Plantronics and it has been great and awrsome noise canceling!!

I’ve been using Voyager 5200 for a couple years. Was curious with the Parrot. My biggest issue out the box is volume. Very tinny and not clear. I could not get past the sound to report on other areas. Nicely built. I just did not find it worth the $50 savings over the 5200.

Price was good but sound quality not the best and the connection keeps dropping.

Have always used the BP 250XT but wanted something lighter. I wear glasses so I was worried about this fitting right. Great news it fits right and is so light you forget that it is there. It cancels noise in the back ground well!

Good headset, volume, and handling. My personal preference, I don’t like the ear piece that goes around your ear to hold it in place. It’s a bit heavy or I should say bulky. I like the thinner ones. If you don’t mind, good overall headset, muting, answering etc. app kinda sucks.

Keeps cutting off caller to where they can hear me but i can’t hear them

I love it. better even than PT 5200. The sound is amazing and the noise cancellling out of this world. very easy to use. I highly recommend this. it's so comfortable, you have to touch to your ear to see if it's even on!!

works great! stays put for hours at a time if needed. Noise canceling is a bonus! I hear better with this than I do a land line. Easy to use, and long battery life! You need to install an app to understand operation instructions

I was looking for a headset that had a long battery life since my husband works long hours sometimes. This BlueParrott headset fits the bill. He likes that it is very lightweight and that he can wear it in either ear.

Lightweight, comfortable for most, affordable. I only have trouble because my left ear is smaller than my right so I don’t usually wear it on that ear. Love this product and it’s hearing ability.

I use Blue Parrot everyday. Great clarity, strong Bluetooth, and microphone can be adjusted quickly for calls. Their support team is responsive for troubleshooting.

If you are looking for a non-bulky Bluetooth to pair with your cell phone, the BlueParrot is a great choice. The Bluetooth is lightweight, comes with 3 different gels sizes for the ears, and doesn't weigh the ears down. Very comfortable. When pairing the device, you simply download the app and you are good to go. I was able to walk two rooms away from my cell phone and the range was good. As calls came in, the sound was clear and not distorted. Tested the Bluetooth outdoors, as well as indoors. I was able to go more than two days without charging. The battery life can go up to 14 hours if you talk a lot throughout the day. I think it is great that the device has IP54-rated protection to prevent moisture and dust. Overall great product. I currently own two different types of products from this company. Love them both. PROS: Can be paired with two different devices Light Weight Easy Use Sound quality CONS: None
