What a mistake I made. The sound volume is so low I threw them both in the trashcan.

I had to use some old foam ear plugs from a prior headset to make the earpiece sit in my ear better which allows me to hear better. Sometimes I still have to push and hold it inside my ear canal to hear clearly.

To achieve optimal comfort and sound quality, the fit of the earbud is essential. Make sure you try all three sizes of the provided EarGels until you find the fit that gives you the best combination of comfort and sound quality. The medium EarGel will fit most people; however, if it does not feel comfortable, try a different EarGel size. We designed the BlueParrott M300-XT such that the EarGel sits within the outer ear, not in your ear canal. It does not fit very well in the ear. The application is absolutely horroble. However if you are looking for a device with excellent talktime (probably because of Bluetooth 5.1) then this device is for you. The spund quality is average at best. Not a bad device but not what i was expecting at this price point. I would have expected better. Also there is an annoying beep that occurs every thirty seconds thst you are not using it.

Out performs Plantronics 5200

The Blue Parrot has far exceeded the 5200 in all aspects. I am in construction and the sound canceling on the Blue Parrot works much better in this environment. Now let's talk about the battery life! The Blue Parrot far exceeds the Plantronics 5200. After a long day of work on the phone most of the day, I still had 9 hours of battery left. Great product!!
